The Weekend of 5th and 6th March the Danish Embassy in Bucharest, with the support of Danish companies, continued the Doctor’s Caravan in 2016 in Sibioara, an initiative that offers the rural population in Romania a basic medical health screening. |

On Monday, February 29th, 2016, Mr. Achim Irimescu, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, at the invitation of H.E. Mr. Karsten Vagn Nielsen, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark in Romania, participated to a meeting organised by the Embassy of Denmark in Romania, at the Intercontinental Hotel, in Bucharest. The event was attended by a delegation of Danish businessmen and investors, discussing the status of Romanian agriculture as well as the absorption of European funds and investment opportunities in Romania. |
DRBA Annual General Assembly 2015
On the 19th of November, The DRBA Annual meeting was held. After an introduction by the Danish Ambassador in Romania Karsten Vagn Nielsen, the head of the commercial department Razvan Stroe presented the activities arranged, held and partnered by DRBA in 2015. After this, an open discussion about future of Association and members needs was moderated by Ambassador Nielsen
DRBA Held Annual Meeting
At the annual DRBA meeting the newly appointed Danish Ambassador in Romania, H.E. Karsten Vagn Nielsen, introduced himself to the DRBA. The Head of the Commercial Deparment, Razvan Stroe, presented the activities of the DRBA over the last 12 months. And a new DRBA Board of Advisors was elected.
Joint Nordic Business Networking Event
By the initiative of the Nordic Embassies – the Embassy of Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland -the second edition of the Joint Nordic Business Networking Event in Romania, took place on 18th of March 2014 at the National Museum of Contemporary Art (MNAC).
