I am an experienced Danish lawyer, who have worked all fields  but is specialized in international contracts, M&A and arbitration.
I have clients in several European countries working mainly  in the fields of construction, agriculture, medicine, energy, shipbuilding, packaging and steel.
I have a thorough knowledge of English and German and some knowledge of Italian, French and Romanian.
I cooperate with a Romanian law firm on Romanian matters and also with a Danish law firm, Ret&Råd, when  necessary.
